 Six dyanamic young Australians win British Council awards to realise their dreams.
On 15 September 2008, six talented young Australians (including three from Victoria) won the 2008 Realise Your Dream program, run by the British Council, and were awarded the opportunity of a lifetime to work with top professionals in their chosen field in the UK.
The six winners, aged between 21 and 28, come from the arts, journalism, music and film industries and were chosen from 580 entries to win the scholarships, each worth $10, 000. The winners were announced last night at an awards ceremony at the Museum of Contemporary Art.
