Realise Your Dream is a professional development award developed by British Council Australia. It is open to citizens and permanent residents of Australia in their emerging years of professional creative practice.
We’re looking for applicants who show innovation and leadership in their field, can demonstrate their creative potential and have a clear vision for why they’ll benefit from a professional development trip to the UK. Realise Your Dream is open any area of creative practice including visual arts, design, architecture, music, digital media and performing arts.

THE CREATIVE INDUSTRIES
The creative industries can be defined as those areas of professional practice that have their origin in individual creativity, skill and talent and which have a potential for wealth and job creation.

UK VISA REQUIRMENTS
Applicants must be holders of, or eligible for, a passport and any necessary visas for the UK.

ELIGIBILITY
While there is no age formal age limit for applicants, the Award is not intended for established practitioners. The Award is open only to emerging practitioners working in the creative industries.
